SZODÉ ^HU

Szodé is the brainchild of Ádám Mészáros who has been a key figure of the Hungarian underground music scene in the past two decades as a versatile guitarist ranging from pop-rock to avantgarde jazz and global music and has toured the globe from Africa to South America with different outfits.
The band, formed in 2025, blends traditional melodies and rhythms with modern instrumentation and psychedelic sounds.
Focusing mainly on Hungarian and Carpathian folk with an occasional addition of more remote cultures from North Africa to Central Asia and Latin America in an attempt to prove that the universal common root exists.
